Our Refund Policy
Our policy is to put customers in top priority. We will try our best to deal with customers' concerns in a proper and timely way. If customer's dispute is reasonable, we will offer unconditional refund as required.
As our products are shareware, which means it can be tried before purchased, we recommend our customers to try the product before purchase to confirm whether it is the one they need. This also helps customers avoid purchasing the wrong product.
ELIGIBLE REFUNDS:
A. Purchase-related Refund
Purchased wrong product by mistake and then purchased the correct one from our company simultaneously. We will refund the wrong purchase if you do not need it.
Purchased two products with similar functions; we will refund one of them if you do not need this product.
Purchased same product twice at the same time. You may choose to have it exchanged to another product or we could just refund one of them.
B. Registration-related Refund
Registration information and license code was not sent out to customer in time due to system difficulty. Therefore caused the customer delay in fulfilling important tasks needed to be done that involved Kabuusoft software. Furthermore customer has no further need of the software.
After confirmation of all these situations, we will refund if customer demands so.

C. Product-related Refund
If there are serious bugs in our product which affect customer's normal use, to which there are no solutions for, we will allow refund after confirmation of this problem by our support team.
If customer purchases a wrong product or the purchased product cannot meet customer's needs, we will exchange the product with alternative software. If customer insists on refund, we will allow refund.
INELIGIBLE REFUNDS:
A. Purchase-related Refund:
Credit Card Fraud - since Kabuusoft uses third-party payment platform to perform the purchase, we have no means to confirm whether credit card used rightfully belongs to the purchaser. If such situation does happen, we do not allow refund.
If customer insists on refund, we will ask our third-party payment platform to deal with the issue and customer needs to provide related proof.
B. Product-related Refund:
Unable to convert protected files purchase from iTunes or other sites – certain issues are not support and it is clearly stated in our website.
Failure to read product description before purchase resulting to unsatisfactory results – we strongly advise customers to read the product description or try the software first before purchasing. We do not refund software if our products fail to meet customer's need due to lack of product-research.
Incompatible Operating System – we would gladly exchange to the correct operating system if somehow the wrong OS was purchased. But if there is no corresponding software for customer's OS, we cannot offer refund.
C. Affiliate website-related Refund:
Should there a problem occur with regards to the purchase process /product/registration information transacted from an affiliate website, we are unable to refund. Please contact the affiliate website regarding your concern.
D. 30 – day Money back guarantee:
Considering the above-mentioned policies, we allow 30-days to refund or exchange your product. Should it exceed more than 30 days, refund/exchange is no longer allowed.
